To continue supporting you, our members, we’ve been working on some new initiatives around payments. Here’s how we’re working to help you:

Hello PayPal! We’re excited to announce a new payment option. In addition to cashing out with gift cards, you will soon be able to cash out through PayPal. This connects directly to your bank account for easier access. This exciting redemption opportunity means we will retire cheques and focus on PayPal and gift cards to give you a better, faster rewards experience.

Gift card specials! To make it easier to cash out with a gift card, we’re partnering with our suppliers to offer discounted gift cards so you get more bang for your buck. We’re excited to try out gift card deals, special one-time offers, and other fun promotions with you. Check back often to hear more!

Easy redemption's! We heard your feedback and we have big news! We want to make it easier for you to receive your money, so we’re working on changing the payment requirements so you can cash out before you get to $30. Stay tuned for more info.

Shorter processing time! Our goal is to get you paid quickly. It now takes less time for your payment to process, and we’re working on reducing the time even further.

Simplified process! To quickly cash out at lower amounts, we are simplifying the redemption process by offering fixed payment amounts.

Over the upcoming months, we will work on implementing these changes. We’ll introduce new processes and policies, along with new page designs on the site. But don’t worry, we’ll be with you every step of the way and will walk you through all of the updates.
