To update your email address, password, or personal information, click "My Account" tab from the navigation menu, and then select "My Profile". You can then update your Personal Information, Email Address, and/or Password. Enter the correct information and then press the "Update Profile" button for each section you change.
How to Update your Email Address
To update your email address, click on "My Account" tab from the navigation menu, select "My Profile" and then press the "Edit" button next to "Email". You will be brought to a new screen that allows you to type in your new email address.
For your security, we require that all members type in their current password to confirm their identity.
Please do NOT create a new account with us when your email address changes. It is not appropriate to create an entirely new account simply because your email address or other information changes. Doing so not only breaks the rules, but it can actually prevent you from being able to use your new email address with us.
Instead, you need to make the changes to your existing account. You simply visit the "My Profile" page under the "My Account" section, and make the appropriate changes there.
Note: If you accidentally created a new account with us, please let us know right away so we can assist you in resolving the situation.
Once you’ve entered your new email address, your account is deactivated until you have confirmed that the new email address you provided is valid.
To activate your account, click the link in the Activation Email that is automatically sent to you.
How to Update your Password
To update your password, click on "My Account" tab from the navigation menu, select "My Profile" and then press the "Edit" button next to "Password". You will be brought to a new screen that allows you to type in your password.
For your security, we require that all members type in their current password to confirm their identity. After you type in your new password, click the button that says “Update Profile” and you’ll see a message thanking you for keeping your information up-to-date.
